Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MORF mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Service”), provided by MORF (“MORF”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. The Service
MORF provides AI-assisted facial analysis and personalized cosmetic guidance, which may be reviewed by licensed professionals. Outputs are generated in part by automated systems and are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Not Medical Advice
The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological consultation. Any professional review offered through the Service is general in nature and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider before making decisions about medical or cosmetic procedures. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or received through the Service.
4. Photographs & Facial Data
The Service requires you to submit photographs of your face. By submitting images and other inputs, you grant MORF a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all ownership of your images. You represent that you are the person depicted (or have authorization) and that your submissions do not violate any law or third-party right.
5. Payments & Refunds
Certain features require a one-time payment (currently USD $49). Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; MORF does not store your full card details. Prices are shown before purchase and may change prospectively. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once the associated analysis or report has been generated or delivered. 6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- upload images of anyone other than yourself without their explicit consent;
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or deceptive purposes;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or models from the Service;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
- misrepresent outputs as professional medical advice to others.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, models, design, and content (excluding your own submissions), is owned by MORF and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties (for example, payment processing and AI infrastructure). Your use of those features may be subject to the third parties’ own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORF AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MORF from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or its users.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at MORF’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
